RESPINOR is pleased to announce the appointment of Sondre Bergløff as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2026.

Sondre joins RESPINOR from the residential solar company Otovo, where he most recently served as VP Corporate Finance. He brings experience in corporate finance, investor relations, financial planning, treasury, pricing, and strategic transactions across international markets. At Otovo, he supported key initiatives including equity financing, cost optimization, portfolio transactions, and M&A processes.  From Otovo’s London office he led the process to obtain lending authorization from the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

Prior to Otovo, Sondre worked at Arkwright Consulting, where he advised companies on transactions, strategy, due diligence, market studies, operational improvements, and data-driven analytics projects.

Sondre holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, with specializations in Energy and Process Engineering, and Financial Engineering, and has international academic experience from UC San Diego and Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda.  

The appointment comes during an important phase for RESPINOR as the company continues its transition from product development to commercial scale-up following European market approval of RESPINOR DXT^®. With a strong background in corporate finance, investor communication, strategic transactions, and international operations, Sondre will play a key role in supporting RESPINOR’s financing strategy, commercial execution, and long-term growth ambitions.
